Troubleshooting

It won't let me get to Google Classroom!

Make sure you're logged in to your BHUHSD.net Google account. If you also have a personal Gmail account, your browser may default to that instead of your Bret Harte account.  Click here to watch a short video walking you through this issue.

I don't know where to join a class!

Click the + in the upper right corner of your screen, then lick “Join Class.” You’ll see a space to type in the Classroom Code. Repeat this for all your classes.

I typed in the class code but it didn't work!

I hate to break it to you, but this is almost always a result of user error. To make sure you don't fall into this trap, try using Copy and Paste instead of retyping the code.

• Highlight the code by double-clicking on it or dragging over it with the mouse
• Right click
• Choose "Copy"
• Go to the Google Classroom window and click "Join Class" (see above)
• Right click in the "Class Code" section and choose "Paste"
• Click "Join" in the upper right hand corner
• If you’ve tried this twice and it still doesn’t work, it might be time to contact your teacher and make sure they posted the code correctly

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

You will receive an Google Mail invitation to google PE class by 8/21/20

Our first google meet will be your scheduled 8/25/20 at your scheduled class time
